New Version of PAS releasedVersion 2.4 of PAS was released a little over over a month ago and has already been well received. This version included a number of enhancements requested by PAS users and some general improvements. One of the most significant enhancements is the ability to simply and quickly transfer permits from a Master Isolation Statement (MIS) to the new modified version of the MIS. This is particulary efficient where additional isolations are added to a MIS as it streamlines the permit holders/recipients transfering their permit to the modified MIS. Particular thanks are due to TRUenergy Yallourn and NRG Gladstone for their support for this change. Other improvements include the ability to hide the tag number column in the audit trail making the tag verification process even stronger. The audit trail now also tracks the removal of isolations when in the Under Planning state. The printing of certificates is also now recorded in the audit trail. A user friendly message is displayed while PAS generates tags, permits, certificates and reports so you are aware that PAS is working. A number of minor defects have also been addressed. The details of all these changes are included in the 2.4.0 releases notes that were distributed to all users.
