Sage Technology has added a new product to its suite – and you’re looking at it right now!
Sage has developed a web-based newsletter engine called Grapevine. This edition of E-News has been written and published in Grapevine and Sage Technology Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Tracey Matthies, couldn’t be more delighted.
“I write four different newsletters and have always had to go to our software developers to achieve the crisp, professional look that we want,” Tracey said, “Now, with Grapevine, I can produce and publish the newsletters, including Sage E-News, quickly and simply, and maintain the looks that we want to achieve for each of them."
The newsletters are template-based which means that the same look is retained with each edition; however, different newsletters can have different looks.

Grapevine allows subscribers to write and publish newsletters directly to the email inbox of all their readers.
“Communicating with clients, staff, members and supporters is critical for all organisations, from social and sporting clubs through to businesses of any size,” Tracey said, “Grapevine is a tool which makes it simple yet professional.”
Sage Technology has made Grapevine available to the Gippsland Community Leadership Program under a sponsorship arrangement.
GCLP Chairman, Barry Rogers, said Grapevine allowed GCLP to “put the online GippsLeader together and distribute it to our readers in an attractive easy reading format, but put together with a simple to use software package built by Gippslanders.”
Grapevine is easy to use and doesn't require any local software installation. Subscribers can log into Grapevine from any computer connected to the internet to create, publish and send their newsletters.
The reader subscription functionality has been built to comply with the Australian Spam Act and records an audit trail of subscribe/unsubscribe actions.
Grapevine costs just $30 Au/month plus an initial fee of $444.40 Au to develop your newsletter and article templates.
